Our Services
Sports Massage
A hands on treatment used to relieve tension in muscles and connective tissue caused by excessive physical activity or muscle imbalance. Sports Massages were originally developed for athletes to prevent and relieve injuries, however non-athletes can also gain physiological and psychological benefits from receiving a sports massage.
Deep Tissue Massage
A Deep Tissue Massage is all about using firm pressure to reach the body’s deeper muscle tissues, with a focus on reducing tension and stiffness. It’s important to be open with your massage therapist about the level of pressure they are using.
Swedish Massage
A Swedish massage is gentler than a deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief. A traditional Swedish massage involves the whole body. You will begin on either your back or your stomach and flip over at the halfway point.

Frequently asked Questions
How much does it cost?
£30 for 1 hour. New customers get £5 off their first session.
When are you available?
We are available 8am – 7pm every day of the week!
What happens in a massage session?
We start by assessing your posture and discussing your requirements. This consultation allows us to tailor your massage session to your specific needs. We will then jump straight into the massage!
What do I need to wear?
We recommend to wear loose and comfortable clothing, and an extra pair of shorts as they may be more comfortable after your sports therapy session. We will place a towel over your body, so you will be covered up during your session.
Will my massage hurt?
It depends! Massage therapy breaks down your muscles, so you may feel pain or slight discomfort, however the massage should not be overly painful. If you become too uncomfortable, be sure to let your therapist know!
What oils do you use?
We have a range of oils to suit your needs including grapeseed oil, sweet almond oil, wheetgrass oil and massage lotion. Please let us know of any allergies you may have, so that we can select the appropriate oil for you.
Can I have a personal training session?
